Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped on Thursdays. Cut off for same week shipping is Midnight the Tuesday prior.

Any unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days after your order is received by you.
For health reasons, any opened products are not returnable.
Please contact us before returning any items! Once a return is approved, we will give you a return reference number which you must include with the product when you send it back to us.
Upon the arrival of returned products, we will issue a refund or credit on your account within 48 hours.
The refund or credit will only be for the cost of the product – return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please do not return anything without a reference number, as we will be unable to give you a refund or credit.
